Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Returns

 

If you would like to return an item, please contact us before sending it back.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

- Unworn and unused

- In their original condition with labels still attached

- Returned with any original packaging where possible

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returns postage costs

If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour, you will be responsible for the postage costs. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a suitable solution. We will need your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
