Refund Policy

At Balt & Brit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights, how to request a return, and how refunds are handled.

1. Non-Personalised Items

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (statutory cooling-off period).

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

  • In their original packaging.

  • In re-sellable condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags intact).

Refunds will be issued for the item cost only.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Items damaged due to not following provided care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Personalised & Customised Items

 

Personalised or customised items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

 

If a personalised item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

 

Items damaged due to not following provided care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@baltandbrit.com.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue where applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

 

This does not include damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

4. How to Make a Return

 

1. Contact us at info@baltandbrit.com to request a return.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

 

3. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition.

 

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

5. Refunds

 

Refunds will be made via your original payment method (Wix Payments or PayPal).

 

Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your returned item for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged.
